This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the complete Allegro product lifecycle, overseeing core feature velocity and cross-functional delivery as the platform evolves post-GA.
• Collaboratively manage a detailed, multi-release product roadmap for Allegro within Aria Core and Allegro ACE / Standalone, balancing engineering capacity with customer commitments and market opportunities.
• Create high-value product materials, including technical reference architectures, white papers, and functional demonstrations to support sales engineering and align with customer needs.
• Act as the main product liaison across our global engineering teams, engaging directly with development groups to address architectural dependencies and facilitate sprint progress.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to enhance high-throughput mediation, low-latency rating, and OCS-grade credit control architectures, ensuring the product roadmap is feasible, robust, and highly competitive.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to align their monetization strategies (SaaS overages, API metering, AI token/inference tracking, or hybrid subscription/consumption) with the Allegro architecture.
• Conduct analyst briefings to effectively communicate Allegro's market stance and competitive strengths in real-time consumption and AI monetization sectors.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for sales leadership, customer executives, and system integration partners regarding all facets of consumption billing and online charging.
• Represent Aria at significant industry events and conferences, shaping the market narrative surrounding the convergence of telco-grade OCS and enterprise SaaS billing.
• Collaborate with GTM and Sales on strategic accounts, leading technical workshops and taking ownership of the product-fit narrative in RFPs and proposal responses.
• Over 12 years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS, including 5+ years leading complex, infrastructure-level product lines.
• Direct experience launching products in at least two core domains: high-throughput usage metering, enterprise pricing engines, SaaS billing, or telco Online Charging Systems (OCS).
• Proven success in creating and managing multi-year product roadmaps, with a clear approach to making and communicating difficult engineering trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of detailing technical architectures for platform engineers and conveying business value for C-suite decision-makers.
• Familiarity with contemporary cloud architectures, agile/Scrum frameworks, and essential monetization mechanisms (e.g., token-based tracking, API metering, or 3GPP/TM Forum standards).
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
