This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and manage the comprehensive INFRA 360 positioning framework that aligns product capabilities with enterprise priorities.
• Ensure that the platform narrative serves as the foundation for all go-to-market strategies, sales initiatives, competitive positioning, and field enablement.
• Develop and sustain a competitive intelligence function leveraging AI tools for signal ingestion and pattern recognition.
• Foster and maintain relationships with prominent infrastructure analysts to influence the perception of the Progress INFRA category.
• Implement a structured win/loss analysis system to ascertain the reasons behind deal closures or losses and utilize insights to enhance positioning.
• Propel marketing contributions toward pipeline, ARR, and revenue OKRs in collaboration with Demand Generation, Sales, and Channel teams.
• Produce sales plays, technical messaging, competitive materials, discovery frameworks, demo narratives, and enablement content that enhance win rates.
• Create customer proof, ROI narratives, outcome stories, and technical validation materials that facilitate competitive displacement, SaaS migration, and expansion.
• Design PMK workflows that utilize AI for research, competitive synthesis, content orchestration, localization, and sales enablement.
• Lead integrated execution across Demand Generation, Digital, Customer Advocacy, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, and Product teams.
• Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise Infrastructure software product marketing.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced technical/business degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in leading and scaling strategic product marketing functions within global, matrixed enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market strategies for complex, technical product portfolios in competitive or rapidly changing markets.
• Experience in driving a SaaS transition, portfolio consolidation, or platform-level go-to-market strategy.
• Proven expertise in April Dunford-style competitive positioning and category narrative development.
• Established track record of building strategic partnerships with industry analysts such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance PMK workflows, including competitive intelligence orchestration, research synthesis, and sales enablement.
• Strong grasp of win/loss programs and the operationalization of market intelligence for strategic decision-making.
• Proven collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and Executive Leadership.
