This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• You will take charge of ProductPlan’s demand engine, including the strategy, channels, budget, and pipeline.
• You will report directly to our CEO, Steven Cohn.
• Manage the end-to-end launch of a brand-new product in a new category and oversee the demand narrative associated with it.
• Oversee the pipeline across both paid and organic channels: paid search (Google), paid and organic LinkedIn, and the most promising high-ROI opportunities you identify and validate.
• Enhance organic discovery and establish ProductPlan as the go-to solution in AI-powered search and LLM outcomes.
• Handle nurturing, conversion flows, lead scoring and handoff, as well as reactivation of our current database.
• Manage landing pages, forms, and on-site experiences that convert visitors into leads.
• Identify events as a demand generation tool: choose the venues where our buyers congregate and ensure ProductPlan stands out.
• Supervise the martech and measurement stack: HubSpot, Webflow, GA4, and Google Search Console, ensuring reliable attribution.
• Oversee a ~$50K/month budget: you will determine its allocation and quickly pivot toward successful strategies.
• Create your own assets or direct freelancers and AI tools to launch campaigns rapidly.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in demand generation, growth, or go-to-market strategies within a B2B SaaS environment. (Required)
• You are a builder: you develop your own AI tools and automations, and you will demonstrate your creations during the interview. (Required)
• A resourceful in-house operator at heart, motivated by owning the entire funnel and leveraging AI to enhance your efforts.
• A broad understanding of the growth stack with significant expertise in at least one area: paid acquisition, SEO/GEO, lifecycle/email, or conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• A proven history of managing pipeline and executing multi-channel campaigns, with the ability to discuss what you implemented, what was effective, and what insights you gained.
• Strong foundation in marketing operations and analytics: tracking, attribution, and funnel performance, with proficiency in marketing automation systems and a continuous eagerness to learn and adopt new techniques.
• High agency with a refined aesthetic sense, driven by independence, urgency, and accountability for outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
