📋 Description

• Enhance the Technical Narrative: Establish, create, and sustain the technical messaging and positioning frameworks for Yubico's digital identity platform. Link our capabilities directly to enterprise frameworks such as Zero Trust, Post-Quantum transition roadmaps, and secure AI-agent identity infrastructure.

• Machine-Readable Content Architecture: Create highly structured, factual, and information-rich technical documentation (including reference architectures, integration guides, and specification matrices) that are optimized for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and LLM-driven vendor assessments.

• Propel Strategic Launch Initiatives: Oversee technical go-to-market strategies for new hardware, firmware, and SaaS product introductions. Ensure global sales preparedness, partner training, and establish external technical authority at launch.

• Empower the Technical Field: Design comprehensive technical pitch decks, reference implementations, interactive demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) guides to equip our global Solutions Engineers (SEs) and Sales team to address intricate, low-level technical queries.

• In-Depth Competitive Intelligence: Perform hands-on evaluations and protocol-level examinations of competitor software-only and physical MFA solutions to provide field teams with actionable, highly credible competitive battlecards.

• Community & Ecosystem Advocacy: Serve as a technical security representative at leading industry events (such as RSA, Black Hat, and Identiverse), conduct technical webinars, and actively participate in developer and security engineering forums.

⛳️ Requirements

• Cybersecurity Domain Expertise: 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Writing, Developer Relations, or Solutions Engineering specifically in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cryptography, or Cloud Infrastructure Security.

• Protocol-Level Understanding: Fundamental technical knowledge of modern identity and cryptographic frameworks, including FIDO2/WebAuthn, PKI, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and directory services (such as Entra ID or Active Directory).

• Generative Search & RAG Competency: A strategic comprehension of how Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems navigate, interpret, and recommend technical enterprise software and hardware.

• Outstanding Technical Communication: Demonstrated ability to transition smoothly between explaining low-level cryptographic mechanics to security researchers and discussing business risk mitigation strategies with enterprise CISOs.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical technical experience.
