This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more state.
• Establish direction, oversee personnel, and guarantee uniform execution across all marketing channels.
• Manage the firm's website, digital initiatives, content systems, and brand representation.
• Assist the marketing team in transforming intricate immigration law concepts into straightforward, client-focused messaging.
• Supervise and guide a marketing team of three, with potential expansion to four members.
• Prioritize tasks, evaluate work for quality, compliance, and effectiveness, and ensure deadlines and KPIs are achieved.
• Lead website strategy, encompassing structure, user experience, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Oversee the creation of content across various platforms including video, social media, email, and web.
• Manage and enhance paid marketing efforts, such as Google Ads and landing pages.
• Direct the strategy and execution of SEO and GEO, covering keyword prioritization, content planning, and performance tracking.
• Analyze marketing data, track KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and make recommendations to firm leadership.
• Implement systems, workflows, and tools like Monday.com and AI-assisted processes.
• Align marketing strategies with business goals, intake capacity, and growth plans.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team or function within a U.S.-based organization.
• Strong knowledge in SEO, GEO, content strategy, social media, email campaigns, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Webflow is essential.
• Capability to develop marketing strategies and execute comprehensive campaigns.
• Experience in managing budgets, timelines, priorities, and team performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience utilizing marketing metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, high-accountability setting.
• Experience in law firm marketing or regulated professional services is highly advantageous.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and/or Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Availability for full-time work with four hours overlapping U.S. business hours (PST/PDT).
