📋 Description

• Define and lead the product marketing strategy for ServiceTrade, encompassing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market tactics for the fire protection and mechanical product lines.

• Build, manage, and nurture a high-performing product marketing team, establishing a high standard for strategic thought and quality writing.

• Oversee go-to-market planning and execution for new product and feature introductions, with a specific focus on AI-driven capability launches.

• Personally craft the narrative for significant launches and strategic initiatives — creating (or directly refining) the messaging, launch briefs, and essential content.

• Establish and sustain a comprehensive competitive intelligence program, converting market and competitor changes into positioning recommendations, battlecards, and sales support.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management to integrate customer, market, and competitive insights into roadmap planning.

• Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to equip sellers and CSMs with effective talk tracks, objection handling strategies, and persona-specific messaging that enhance win rates and product adoption.

• Act as the representative for product marketing at executive and board meetings, effectively communicating launch strategies, market positioning, and outcomes.

• Advocate for the integration of AI to enhance product marketing's workflows, content development, and go-to-market strategies.

• Serve as ServiceTrade’s in-house authority on market perception of our products — particularly our AI features — and identify areas for narrative improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles focused on building product marketing teams.

• Proven history of spearheading successful new product launches, particularly those involving AI technologies or functionalities.

• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills — you should be able to showcase messaging, launch narratives, or content you authored that generated tangible business outcomes.

• High intellectual acumen: strategic, analytical, and adept at synthesizing complex technical, market, and customer data into clear directives.

• Strong executive presence and communication abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership and/or boards.

• Extensive experience in competitive intelligence, market analysis, and cross-functional go-to-market execution.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed, high-growth SaaS environment.

• Comfortable navigating uncertainty while consistently pushing toward decisions and outcomes.

• A collaborative leader who inspires engagement across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Preferred: experience in field service, commercial contracting, or vertical SaaS within industries employing technicians or field personnel.
