This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for the Oracle Fusion Finance and Procurement modules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Global Business Operations, Accounting, Procurement, Product, and Technology.
• Collect requirements and convert business needs into technical user stories.
• Lead sprint planning, manage backlog grooming, and oversee product releases.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Promote user adoption through training, documentation, and feedback mechanisms.
• Design and enhance Oracle Fusion Travel & Expense workflows, policies, approval routing, and audit rules.
• Supervise the Source-to-Pay lifecycle and improve Procurement and Payables automation.
• Guide configurations and updates across Accounts Payable, Procurement, and General Ledger modules.
• Create and develop Anthropic Claude applications utilizing function calling and external data extraction.
• Design, test, and launch intelligent agents using Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio.
• Develop AI agents for tasks such as invoice processing, GL reconciliation, journal-entry anomaly detection, and AP exception handling.
• Create generative AI tools for expense auditing, purchase-order matching, sourcing predictions, and natural-language business queries.
• Monitor the performance of AI agents, refine prompts, adjust workflows, and ensure compliance with governance and data-security standards.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems Analysis, or Financial Technology with a focus on ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge and experience in implementing and managing Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Sourcing, Travel & Expense, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable.
• Practical technical experience with Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio and Anthropic API.
• Capability to build agentic applications.
• Advanced skills in prompt engineering.
• Experience in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience in managing LLM tools.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of the chart of accounts and month-end close processes.
• Familiarity with Source-to-Pay processes and procurement lifecycle management.
• Ability to comprehend technical documentation, REST/SOAP APIs, and data models.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferred: Oracle Cloud certifications in Procurement, Financials, or AI/Generative AI.
• Preferred: Experience with Python or Node.js for backend AI-agent orchestration and API integration.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies along with Jira or Confluence.
• Preferred: Background in software engineering, technical consulting, or data science.
• Preferred: Experience with financial compliance, SOX audit controls, and enterprise data privacy regulations.
