Senior Director, Product Management

📋 Description

• Lead the Product team in driving AI-powered growth and transformation.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure the quality, speed, and integrity of the roadmap.

• Enhance the Product team through leadership focused on outcomes and accountability.

• Take ownership of and improve the product development lifecycle for rapid delivery.

• Create tools, processes, and metrics to facilitate prioritization and ensure release readiness.

• Cultivate a high-performing product management organization through coaching and development initiatives.

• Promote accountability, customer empathy, and commercial acumen within teams.

• Update customer discovery and product validation methods.

• Guide executive stakeholders on operational principles and investment priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management, including over 3 years in a leadership position within a SaaS company at the $20M–$100M ARR stage.

• Proven ability to implement operational enhancements—understanding when to standardize, simplify, or maintain existing practices.

• Successful track record of leading product teams through operational and organizational growth.

• Demonstrated experience with product lifecycle management, prioritization frameworks, and outcome-oriented roadmapping.

• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, usage-based monetization, customer onboarding, and lifecycle engagement.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities—you can inspire teams and influence at all levels.

• High emotional intelligence with the ability to coach and empower a team while maintaining high standards.
