Senior Director, Product Management – Agentic Experience Platform

📋 Description

• Articulate and promote the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Autodesk's Agentic Experience Platform.

• Develop investment strategies and prioritize the portfolio.

• Identify customer challenges, user journeys, business outcomes, success metrics, and platform KPIs.

• Outline Autodesk's product strategy for agentic AI experiences, encompassing assistants, conversational interfaces, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation.

• Collaborate with AI Platform and Engineering leaders to deliver reusable capabilities throughout Autodesk.

• Assess emerging technologies, competitive trends, and customer requirements.

• Drive customer-focused product discovery through research, experimentation, analytics, and rapid validation.

• Work alongside Experience Design and Content Strategy to forge cohesive human-AI interactions.

• Align Product, Design, Engineering, and Industry leaders with platform priorities.

• Cultivate partnerships across Research, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and ecosystem partners.

• Identify strategic partnership opportunities and represent the platform to customers, partners, and executives.

• Build, guide, mentor, and motivate a top-tier Product Management organization.

• Set the operating model, governance, methodologies, and decision-making frameworks for agentic experiences product management.

• Promote a culture of experimentation, accountability, customer obsession, and ongoing learning.

• Nurture future product leaders and establish trusted strategic partnerships within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in AI-first, cloud-centric software product management.

• Extensive experience in leading Product Management organizations.

• More than 7 years of experience in guiding, mentoring, and developing Product Management leaders and teams.

• Proven track record in defining and delivering platform products, shared services, or cross-product capabilities at an enterprise level.

• Demonstrated success in creating AI-driven, intelligent, or agentic software experiences with quantifiable business outcomes.

• Strong systems-thinking capability across customer journeys, products, platforms, and services.

• History of defining long-term product vision and translating strategy into execution and user adoption.

• Experience in leading complex cross-functional initiatives that involve Product, Design, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and AI.

• Proficiency in product discovery, experimentation, customer research, data-driven decision-making, and contemporary product development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.

• Preferred: experience in developing AI assistants, conversational interfaces, intelligent workflow automation, agentic systems, or AI platform capabilities.

• Preferred: experience in leading platform products utilized across multiple product organizations.

• Preferred: familiarity with cloud platforms, AI infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, or developer ecosystems.

• Preferred: experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, or related design and engineering fields.

• MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
