Senior Director, Product Development

📋 Description

• Provide executive leadership by overseeing the design, development, and delivery of innovative product solutions that support healthcare technology programs.

• Lead multiple product development teams to ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions.

• Supervise the complete product development lifecycle, which includes design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Define and implement both short- and long-term product development strategies that align with business objectives and client requirements.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, QA, and operations teams.

• Lead and nurture senior leaders and teams while promoting innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure accountability for product delivery, performance, and organizational effectiveness across various domains.

• Engage regularly with executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.

• Drive innovation, modernization, and continuous enhancements across product development functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in product development, software engineering, or technology leadership, including roles in senior management.

• Demonstrated experience in leading large product development organizations and delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions.

• Strong comprehension of product lifecycle management, system architecture, and contemporary development methodologies.

• Preferred experience in healthcare technology, digital platforms, or regulated environments.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
