Senior Director, Performance Marketing / Paid AEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Graphite's Paid AEO practice, beginning with ChatGPT Ads, Reddit Ads, and YouTube Ads.

• Broaden the practice into the wider paid landscape, enhancing our offerings for paid search, paid social, and affiliates.

• Promote Paid AEO within our current client portfolio and assist in securing new business based on its strengths.

• Build, recruit, and lead the paid team as the practice grows.

• Collaborate directly with our leadership to influence the strategy and positioning of the function.

• Present strategies, insights, and outcomes to client executives, and provide the case studies that ensure successful pitches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience leading paid media (paid search, paid social, or programmatic) at scale, either in-house or at a leading agency, with measurable results.

• A proven history of building channels, functions, or teams from the ground up, rather than just optimizing existing ones.

• Strong presence with senior executives. You excel at acquiring and retaining large accounts.

• A proactive mindset and comfort with uncertainty. Paid AEO is an emerging field with no established playbook yet.

• Proficient in data analysis and skilled in growth marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc).
