• Personally create and refine ad creatives, copy, and landing pages utilizing AI-native tools, eliminating traditional handoff delays between strategy, creative, and development.
• Conduct ongoing CRO experiments on landing pages and funnels: formulate hypotheses, create, A/B test, and deploy successful variants autonomously.
• Develop and oversee your own performance dashboards; monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, and channel-level efficiency, and act on insights within the same day instead of waiting for reporting cycles.
• Design and implement automations for bid management, reporting, quality assurance, and campaign operations to scale output without increasing headcount.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams on tracking, tagging, and API integrations essential for personalization, attribution, and automation.

• Regularly assess and integrate new AI tools and workflows to ensure Nerdy's paid media operations remain at the forefront of technological advancements.
• Report directly to leadership on performance metrics, experiments, and strategic roadmaps.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of direct hands-on experience in paid media, including managing annual budgets exceeding $10MM across Google and Meta, along with exposure to other emerging channels.
• Demonstrated success in building, launching, and scaling campaigns from start to finish with minimal assistance.
• Among the top 1% of AI-native marketers: daily, proficient use of generative AI throughout the entire workflow, including ad copy and creative generation, landing page and CRO development, audience/insight analysis, bid and budget optimization scripts, and automation of workflows.
• Proficient in using AI-native builder tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Vercel, Netlify, Supabase, etc.) to independently deploy landing pages, automations, and reporting tools without relying on engineering support.
• Strong quantitative skills: comfortable with Excel/Sheets and basic SQL, capable of building your own attribution, LTV, and CAC/ROAS models without waiting for Business Intelligence assistance.
• In-depth knowledge of conversion rate optimization, able to independently hypothesize, create, test, and implement landing page variants.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence on tracking, tagging, attribution, and API/data integrations.
