This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, onboard, and expand Tier-1 embedded payment partnerships while enhancing value within existing collaborations.
• Discover and connect with new partners in key industry sectors; cultivate executive-level relationships among product, commercial, and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of high-potential prospects and facilitate the journey from evaluation to commercial agreements and market launch.
• Oversee the complete sales process—from initial prospecting to contract completion, going live, and beyond.
• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to conduct solution workshops, create financial analyses, and refine the embedded payments strategy.
• Over 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, payments, or financial services (or a comparable field).
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to structure agreements and generate revenue through partnerships.
• Comprehensive understanding of payment technologies, APIs, and integration processes is beneficial.
• Practical experience in technical solutioning, API documentation, and integration workflows.
• Familiarity with ERP, eCommerce, and SaaS platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, Shopify, Adobe) is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to manage complex relationships involving multiple stakeholders.
• Capacity to create and implement multi-year partnership strategies that drive growth.
• Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Proven expertise in customer relationship management, data analysis, artificial intelligence applications, and Microsoft Office software—including Salesforce, Excel, SQL, and related tools.
• Experience with embedded finance or payment solutions is highly preferred.
• Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills.
