
Senior Director, Partner Account Management – North America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Drive results across our most vital partners.
• Achieve robust and consistent revenue growth across major partners while upholding a customer-first mindset.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (NPS), minimize churn (<5%), and foster strong long-term customer outcomes.
• Enhance partner productivity and performance beyond the wider ecosystem.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3–6 Major Partner Account Managers (PAMs).
• Establish a high standard for account management, strategic planning, and execution.
• Support each team member in becoming a more effective and strategic operator.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with partner executives, including C-suite members.
• Maintain close connections across sales, delivery, and leadership within each partner organization.
• Serve as an executive sponsor for key deals and for strategic end customers.
• Guide the annual planning process with each major partner.
• Ensure plans are well-defined, measurable, and linked to growth and customer outcomes.
• Hold both the team and partners accountable for execution.
• Elevate the quality and consistency of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) across the team.
• Actively participate in the most significant partner reviews.
• Enhance forecast accuracy and pipeline quality across major partners.
• Provide clear visibility into risks and opportunities.
• Advocate for the needs of top partners within Acumatica.
• Influence programs, product development, and go-to-market strategies based on partner feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience managing teams in partner management, account management, or similar roles.
• Experience with complex B2B solutions (ERP experience is highly preferred).
• Extensive expertise in managing and expanding strategic partner relationships.
• Strong operational skills—proficient in planning, forecasting, and driving accountability.
• Ability to work effectively at the executive level, both internally and with partners.
• Direct sales experience is an advantage.
