This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance the paid search strategy across various clients, sectors, and teams.
• Ensure that search initiatives align with overall business and marketing objectives.
• Create frameworks for planning, testing, optimizing, and measuring outcomes.
• Guide investment strategies, including budget distribution and prioritization.
• Monitor performance across a range of accounts, ensuring that goals are consistently achieved or surpassed.
• Identify and leverage opportunities for growth, efficiency, and scalability.
• Construct and implement scalable frameworks to address complex performance challenges.
• Collaborate on upsell and new business initiatives to foster account and agency expansion.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, including automation, AI, and signal loss.
• Define how the team adjusts to changes within the search and media landscape.
• Assess and adopt new tools, technologies, and partnerships.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors.
• Design team structures and ensure adequate resources are allocated across accounts.
• Promote consistency in quality, performance, and execution among teams.
• Serve as a senior strategic partner to key client stakeholders.
• Influence marketing strategies, investment choices, and long-term planning.
• Link paid search performance to broader business outcomes.
• Provide cross-channel insights and solutions to address comprehensive marketing challenges.
• 8–10+ years of experience in paid search or performance marketing, along with agency experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and contemporary search tactics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage performance across multiple accounts.
• Strong strategic thinking skills focused on business impact and growth.
• Experience navigating industry changes such as automation and privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, with a background in presenting to senior stakeholders.
