Senior Director, Order to Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various business functions to pinpoint deficiencies in back-office customer experiences and devise/implement strategies to address these deficiencies across both your own responsibilities and those managed by other departments.

• Partner with technology allies to discover opportunities for enhancing tools and processes necessary for timely and accurate invoicing, as well as improving cash flow.

• Lead a global team focused on order processing, cash application, and collections.

• Identify improvements in organizational structure and processes to facilitate a best-in-class customer experience.

• Address customer issues and conflicts, eliminating recurring barriers to the company's success.

• Develop, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of order management and accounts receivable functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Order to Cash, Revenue Operations, or a related field, including oversight of Collections.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with skills in change leadership.

• Capability to think strategically while providing the appropriate level of detail for the audience, maintaining a forward-thinking approach to 'create the future' of the work.

• Proven history of managing ambiguity in a fast-paced work setting.

• Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues and senior leadership.

• Exceptional communication, influencing abilities, and team management skills, leading a team in a remote-first work environment, supported by an offshore team for more transactional tasks.

• Clear and effective written communication skills.

• Customer Experience / Customer-first orientation.

• Experience in process improvement to drive enhanced outcomes.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and/or NetSuite is highly valued.

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting or finance.
