Senior Director, Operations – Medical Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Direct the division while fostering a supportive, motivating, and collaborative workplace.

• Ensure that projects are adequately resourced, efficiently managed, and successfully executed.

• Supervise and/or coordinate the implementation of new projects.

• Maintain an ongoing client relationship with clear communication throughout the duration of the project.

• Collaborate closely with Business Development in areas such as proposals/contracts, client presentations, and sustaining client relationships.

• Ensure that quality objectives are achieved and oversee audit readiness, responding appropriately to both internal and external audits, while addressing and rectifying audit findings.

• Manage the overall budget activities for divisional areas to ensure profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector that equips the individual with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (equivalent to 12+ years).

• Strong leadership capabilities, including at least 5 years of management experience.

• Advanced degrees such as Pharm.D, Ph.D., MS, and MD may replace some years of experience.

• Directs through lower management levels.

• Work is conducted in an office setting with exposure to standard office equipment.
