This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist designated key accounts by addressing production, recruitment, and service inquiries, while coordinating solutions with internal teams to eliminate obstacles to sales.
• Oversee a portfolio of key accounts, providing direct coaching and service support to first-year producers and key account managers.
• Maintain, update, and communicate vital performance metrics by managing tracking tools and preparing reports for leadership review.
• Calculate, audit, and verify quarterly bonus and incentive amounts to ensure precision, accountability, and timely support for payouts.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to facilitate the transition of newly appointed agents into early production by clarifying expectations, linking agents to training resources, and monitoring activation progress.
• Guide agent onboarding by assisting agents with portal registration and related systems, and resolving access, credential, and navigation issues.
• Educate and mentor agents, recruiters, and field leaders on sales and production fundamentals through individual support, group sessions, webinars, and follow-up coaching.
• Plan, design, promote, and conduct recurring training webinars and live seminars, including coaching team members on effective presentation techniques, content organization, and audience engagement.
• Develop marketing materials, promotional campaigns, sales support content, and promotional videos to bolster product launches, recruitment efforts, and major field events.
• Present and speak at significant company events (e.g., conventions, recognition ceremonies, and other large gatherings) to support training, motivation, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with lead vendors to establish quality expectations, enhance lead performance, negotiate terms, and explore alternative lead sources.
• Build, manage, and optimize automated drip campaigns and workflows for recruiting prospects and agents using approved CRM and marketing tools, including administration, troubleshooting, and process enhancements.
• Create and send professional HTML email templates and communications to enhance message quality, maintain branding consistency, and improve campaign performance.
• Drive participation and engagement for training webinars and seminars through coordinated marketing outreach, invitations, reminders, and follow-up campaigns.
• Act as a liaison between the field and home office partners to escalate and resolve agent-related issues while fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
• Support product launches and field rollouts by developing communication materials, training content, and implementation assistance for agents and leaders.
• Document common issues, solutions, and process enhancements, sharing updates with stakeholders to minimize recurring problems and enhance the agent experience.
• Showcase the business impact and ROI of recruiting activities by tracking outcomes and illustrating how recruitment efforts contribute to production and team performance.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks necessary for the effective operation of the function.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; college coursework or an associate degree is preferred.
• A combination of education, training, and directly relevant experience will also be considered.
• Completion of company or industry training related to Medicare products, enrollment periods, compliance, and sales support processes is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in insurance sales support, key account management, agency operations, recruiting assistance, field training, marketing operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in supporting agent onboarding, appointment, and activation processes, including troubleshooting portal/system issues.
• Proven ability to manage and coach producers, account managers, and/or support team members to enhance production results.
• Experience in creating and delivering training webinars, seminars, and presentations, as well as marketing materials and campaigns that foster attendance, engagement, recruitment, and production growth.
• Familiarity with working with lead vendors, assessing lead quality and performance, and discovering alternative lead sources.
• Proficient in tracking, analyzing, auditing, and communicating performance results (e.g., production, recruitment, incentives/bonus metrics) to leaders and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CRM management, workflow automation, drip campaigns, or related marketing/operations systems support.
• Strong preference for candidates with Medicare knowledge and the ability to train on enrollment periods, penalties, and product fundamentals.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally; Life and Health insurance license is required.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education for Medicare is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the insurance sales and agent lifecycle (recruiting, appointment, onboarding, activation, and ongoing production support).
• Familiarity with Medicare products (Medicare Supplement/Medigap, Medicare Advantage, Part D), enrollment periods (IEP, AEP, OEP, SEP), and common late enrollment penalties.
• Strong analytical, auditing, and reporting capabilities, including calculating and reviewing incentive/bonus amounts and providing insights to leaders.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with strong facilitation and presentation abilities for webinars, seminars, and major events.
• Demonstrated problem-solving approach with the capacity to troubleshoot portal, CRM, and process issues, driving resolution across departments.
• Experience in developing marketing and sales enablement content, including training materials, promotional videos, campaign messaging, and HTML email communications.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, drip campaigns, and data-driven campaign execution.
• Skills in vendor management and negotiation, including lead source evaluation and quality/performance enhancement.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with web-based systems, portals, and reporting tools.
• Strong public speaking abilities with the capacity to present clearly and professionally to both small and large audiences, including leadership and field teams.
