This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily client operations along with the planning, development, and execution of policies, objectives, and initiatives pertaining to acute or physician revenue cycle activities.

• Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, guiding operations and ensuring consistent delivery of results.

• Convey organizational values and demonstrate positive leadership to all associates while being accountable for meeting client performance expectations.

• Clearly outline plans that include client deliverables, timelines, outcomes, and actions, while also monitoring bad debt and implementing process improvements in critical areas.

• Identify deficiencies in client support or performance and recommend solutions aimed at driving enhancements.

• Foster relationships and organizational alignment, influence decision-making, and engage on-site operational teams to achieve results.

• Participate in and lead program-level meetings with stakeholders, collaborating closely with CFO and client leadership to facilitate analysis, reporting, and service line development.

• Serve as a revenue cycle expert, ensuring timely communication regarding changes in payer policies, contracting, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements.

• Aid client leadership in comprehending revenue cycle processes, metrics, tools, and reports.

• Conduct monthly client meetings to evaluate operational performance, strategic initiatives, partnership opportunities, and address escalated support needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leading healthcare revenue cycle in complex, client-facing environments.

• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and organizational alignment, influence decisions, engage on-site operational teams, and drive results.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in people leadership.

• Proven capability to lead and influence multi-level teams in both onsite and matrixed environments.

• Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner.

• Experience collaborating directly with client executives and Boards.

• Capability to lead initiatives with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in AI and managing teams utilizing AI to enhance processes and technological improvements, including exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.

• Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.
