This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement trade and distribution strategies within the rare disease sector and wider market channel models.
• Oversee the implementation and management of 3PL partners, focusing on inventory flow, order-to-cash processes, reverse logistics, and SLA oversight.
• Assist in the selection, onboarding, and operational management of specialty pharmacy partners.
• Propel the development of data aggregation capabilities among 3PLs, specialty pharmacies, and digital pharmacy partners.
• Ensure readiness for serialization, compliance with DSCSA, and preparedness for audits across all products.
• Act as the main operational contact for external trade, distribution, and data partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Finance, Patient Services, and IT to guarantee coordinated execution and launch readiness.
• 8–12+ years of experience in trade, distribution, market access, or specialty pharmacy.
• Proven experience in supporting commercial launches, preferably in the rare disease and/or broader specialty markets.
• Demonstrated experience in managing 3PLs, specialty pharmacy networks, and intricate cross-functional implementations.
• Strong comprehension of channel strategy, commercialization infrastructure, and data flows.
