Senior Director of Sales, Salesforce – HLS, FINS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Utilize and expand your Salesforce network to enhance sales and pipeline across all regulated sectors (HLS, FINS). You will be expected to regularly engage with Salesforce leadership, Partner Sales Managers, and others to foster strategic relationships that boost lead generation.

• Recognize opportunities in both new and existing accounts, actively developing a pipeline to support your individual quota, team quotas, and overall company performance metrics.

• Develop and enhance our brand presence and business partnerships within Salesforce, ensuring we become the preferred partner for clients in regulated industries.

• Establish a top-tier sales team by recruiting and hiring exceptional sales talent to enhance our presence in regulated sectors.

• Create a scalable sales framework where you will be responsible for hiring, leading, and managing a team of Account Executives, selling consulting and advisory services, managed services, and NeuraFlash, part of Accenture AppExchange apps to Salesforce prospects and clients. As a sales leader, you will embody a 'player-coach' approach, personally driving key strategic accounts while supporting your team.

• Provide guidance and support to direct reports through active participation and leadership in client and prospect meetings.

• Engage at the executive level within enterprise customer organizations and collaborate with Delivery account leadership to ensure ongoing growth and expansion of customer accounts.

• Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in Salesforce, while monitoring team sales activities, performance, and KPIs. Ensure Salesforce is consistently the 'source of truth' for your team. You will lead by example with excellent pipeline management, ensuring opportunities are consistently updated to provide leadership with an accurate, real-time view of the forecast.

• Conduct competitive analysis and provide a point of view on Salesforce's value and unique advantages for regulated industries in comparison to competitors.

• Collaborate with our SVP of Solution Engineering to ensure a premium partner sales model for regulated sectors.

• Work closely with our Director of Marketing to develop a strong marketing strategy that raises awareness within the Salesforce HLS and FINS teams. This includes aiding in the creation of continuous innovative and differentiated content for regulated industries, such as videos, solution packages, industry plays, customer success stories, and engaging content.

• Partner with Product Leadership and Marketing teams on products, assets, and solution packages for the regulated industries portfolio.

• Collaborate with our Managed Services team to generate recurring revenue opportunities through offerings for our HLS and FINS customers.

• Work with Sales Operations and L&D to create enablement content that trains the broader Sales organization on regulated industries.

• Contribute to Sales Enablement by providing feedback on the effectiveness of new hire onboarding. You will identify areas where new Account Executives on your team require additional coaching to close skill gaps, aiming to ramp them up as quickly as possible to meet their targets.

• Demonstrated ability to support high-performing sales teams and drive them toward success.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• A self-motivated individual who can excel in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.

• The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly in regulated industries.

• 7+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally at Salesforce or a Salesforce Partner.

• 5+ years of experience in a sales role with familiarity in sales technology and CRM software.
