This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.
• Take charge of TNT's comprehensive revenue acquisition strategy, encompassing marketing strategy, sales pipeline, partnerships, and the interconnected systems.
• Oversee the marketing function from start to finish: developing strategy, executing initiatives, and managing the team.
• Supervise and nurture the marketing associate, with the potential to expand the team as the pipeline increases.
• Create, experiment with, and enhance inbound lead generation channels.
• Conduct outbound prospecting efforts aimed at qualified DTC supplement and health/wellness brands.
• Manage the CRM stack (CRM Done Better / GoHighLevel) and oversee the data flowing through it.
• Establish and maintain agency partnerships, including referral partners, complementary service providers, communities, and event sponsors.
• A minimum of 5 years in performance marketing, with practical experience managing paid media on Meta and/or YouTube at significant budgets.
• Proven history of building or scaling a B2B marketing function — preferably within an agency, SaaS, or services environment targeting DTC operators.
• Strong skills in sales operations: pipeline management, CRM cleanliness, and attribution analysis.
• Experience in managing direct reports and mentoring junior marketers.
• Proficient with data and analytical frameworks — capable of constructing models, interpreting dashboards, and converting pattern recognition into strategic insights.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; the position requires generating substantial customer-facing content.
