This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to further business goals
• Master the fundamentals of HR and manage comprehensive HRIS administration
• Introduce AI-driven automation to enhance the HR function
• Provide strategic recruiting support
• Create and implement training programs for mid-level managers
• Serve as the main point of escalation for complex Employee Relations issues
• Leverage employee sentiment data and operational metrics to enhance workforce outcomes
• Bachelor's degree from a highly regarded University
• Over 8 years of experience in HR operations, Employee Relations, and talent acquisition, preferably in a PE/VC-backed, healthcare or tech environment
• Knowledge of AI and data analysis to address HR challenges
• Experience in healthcare, payor/provider services, or care delivery models is preferred
• Previous experience with private equity-backed companies is advantageous
• Familiarity with working in a startup or growth-stage company is preferred
