Senior Director of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Comprehensive management of brokerage operations performance

• Development of team structure, hiring strategies, and leadership growth

• Minimum of 8 years in direct freight brokerage operations (non-asset based is essential)

• Demonstrated leadership in multi-team brokerage settings

• Experience in managing high-volume, fast-paced freight networks

• Strong financial expertise — thorough understanding of GP, margin optimization, and cost controls

• Experience overseeing spot bids & RFQs at a large scale

• Proven record of building and leading high-performance operational teams

• Capability to foster accountability without resorting to micromanagement

• Executive-level communication and decision-making abilities
