This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, which includes posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, managing candidate communications, and conducting reference checks.
• Administer the candidate workflow within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Investigate and suggest effective recruiting sources and sourcing strategies.
• Create reports on recruitment activities and hiring metrics.
• Manage all onboarding procedures, such as offer documentation, new hire paperwork, background checks, orientation scheduling, and communication with new hires.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for all newly hired employees.
• Coordinate offboarding processes with managers and internal departments, including the necessary HR documentation and system updates.
• Assist in payroll processing by organizing timesheets, employee updates, payroll adjustments, and addressing employee inquiries.
• Oversee employee benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and benefit-related communications.
• Reconcile benefit deductions by comparing payroll records, carrier invoices, and enrollment reports, while coordinating necessary corrections with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support the administration of the annual Open Enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate employee records within Paylocity HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Conduct HRIS audits, manage workflows, generate reports, and maintain the system.
• Organize performance review cycles, including tracking documentation, reporting, and system administration.
• Produce regular HR reports and workforce metrics.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries and HR-related requests.
• Facilitate employee training initiatives and professional development activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and the employee experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, HRIS management, employee records, and general HR operations.
• Practical experience with Paylocity HRMS is essential.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Proven ability to manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment with sensitive employee information.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent follow-through and a proactive, customer-service-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with managers and employees throughout the organization.
