This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel revenue-generating growth initiatives.
• Lead structured decisions on bidding aligned with revenue objectives and execution capability.
• Transform qualified leads into compliant and persuasive proposal submissions.
• Establish a consistent submission rhythm and maintain throughput discipline.
• Monitor performance metrics such as win rates, booked revenue, and submission volumes.
• Oversee comprehensive proposal operations across multiple concurrent pursuits.
• Convert capture strategies into actionable proposal plans.
• Ensure adherence to FAR-based solicitation requirements.
• Incorporate staffing readiness, pricing clarity, and evaluation alignment in every submission.
• Delegate and manage Proposal Managers of Record.
• Create reusable templates, modular technical content, and libraries of past performance.
• Standardize proposal calendars, review processes, and governance methodologies.
• Implement tools, automation, and AI-assisted capabilities to enhance speed and consistency.
• Develop scalable proposal operations to support company growth.
• Align business development, capture strategies, proposal efforts, and messaging initiatives.
• Ensure access to contract vehicles translates into winning projects.
• Provide executive guidance on growth prioritization and resource distribution.
• Oversee the creation of evaluation-focused messaging and unique selling points.
• Maintain consistency across proposals, presentations, and corporate communications.
• Facilitate executive involvement in industry days, conferences, and agency interactions.
• Over 15 years of experience in federal proposal, capture, and growth leadership.
• Proven track record of leading successful proposals as a prime contractor.
• Background in mid-tier or large prime federal contracting environments.
• In-depth knowledge of FAR-based procurement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple proposals concurrently under tight timelines.
• Experience in developing or enhancing scalable proposal processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
