• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Executives dedicated to driving new business within the Enterprise sector.
• Establish accountability by defining clear objectives, monitoring performance against key indicators, and offering ongoing feedback and coaching to achieve consistent sales results.
• Formulate and implement data-driven sales strategies aimed at expanding the pipeline, reducing deal cycles, and enhancing conversion rates.
• Utilize analytics and CRM insights to track activities, forecast accurately, and pinpoint areas for improvement throughout the sales funnel.
• Empower your team to align FiscalNote’s solutions with the policy, regulatory, and operational priorities of mission-oriented organizations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Client Success teams to ensure smooth transitions and an exceptional experience for each new client.
• Uphold strong pipeline discipline and maintain CRM accuracy, ensuring data integrity and performance visibility at both individual and team levels.
• Continuously enhance sales processes through experimentation, feedback, and performance evaluation to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture based on accountability, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in Enterprise new business development, B2B sales, or partnership expansion, including 2-4 years in a leadership position overseeing quota-carrying teams.
• Demonstrated success in surpassing revenue goals and accelerating pipeline development for SaaS, data, or intelligence solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales strategy, performance management, and market growth within complex, mission-driven industries.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability, data-driven execution, and ongoing improvement.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and KPI monitoring, with proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and other CRM or analytics tools.
• Outstanding executive communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and decision-makers across global or cross-functional organizations.
• Strategic thinker with a metrics-focused mindset, adept at linking product value to quantifiable client outcomes and organizational growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
