Senior Director of Construction – General Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Managing all stages of residential renovations and new constructions within a geographically varied portfolio.

• Acting as a reliable partner to executive leadership, offering strategic guidance while remaining actively involved on-site.

• Directing project planning, contractor oversight, and collaboration across various functions.

• Ensuring all activities are in harmony with the organization’s vision, operational objectives, and long-term asset strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 15+ years of advancing experience in construction, real estate development, or related sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, real estate, architecture, or a similar field.

• Extensive practical field experience with a thorough understanding of construction processes and methodologies.

• Proven track record in managing high-end residential projects, including renovations and new constructions.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience in managing property portfolios with insight into long-term operational implications.

• Strong financial expertise, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.

• Proficiency in tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Matterport, or similar platforms.
