• Conceive, create, and implement impactful learning solutions.

• Offer strategic guidance in the design of learning experiences.

• Design assessments to ensure readiness for new employees.

• Execute cutting-edge learning experiences through diverse delivery methods.

• Recruit, nurture, assess, and maintain essential talent for the successful implementation of learning initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Provide overarching direction for the creation of innovative, technology-driven learning solutions.

• Design and execute learning programs that accelerate new hires’ journey to proficiency.

• Employ a variety of graphics, video, and course authoring tools to create impactful learning experiences.

• Develop both static and animated graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

• Produce instructional media utilizing at least one e-learning authoring tool.

• Assess learning interventions and communicate results to senior management.
