This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, establish, and take ownership of the strategic vision and measurable objectives for the Chapter Network.
• Supervise the program design framework for the Chapter Network.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with high schools, institutions of higher education, community organizations, and funding bodies.
• Directly oversee a team of three direct reports and manage a total of eight staff within the Chapters Team.
• Work in collaboration with the Measurement Team to assess program outcomes.
• Take full responsibility for managing the Chapter Network program budget, including planning, stewardship, and reporting.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in campus organizing, youth mobilization, chapter or network management, or a similar area within a nonprofit setting.
• Proven experience in managing people managers and enhancing team capacity within a growing, distributed team.
• Demonstrated success in developing and expanding programs with a focus on equity and measurement.
• Ability to act as a thought leader and external representative for an organization.
• Proficient and comfortable using Microsoft and Google products, as well as online meeting platforms.
• Experience working with Salesforce and/or other content management systems.
