This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing a portfolio of business with multiple clients, generating sales and revenue of 5 million or more.
• Sells and executes comprehensive consulting projects within a designated service line, and/or manages large engagements valued at $250k or higher.
• Oversees the performance of the service line, including the development of offerings, sales and business growth, implementation quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively expands the entire Premier portfolio.
• Ensures a high level of staff utilization and maintains appropriate margin levels across all engagements.
• Success is evaluated based on service line revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, customer count, and program development.
• Leads the aforementioned engagements and serves as a subject matter expert, providing in-depth technical and clinical involvement to influence decision-making.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Ability to establish and cultivate client relationships.
• Demonstrated fiscal responsibility and accountability.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Master's Degree; RN license or equivalent professional license; Lean Six Sigma certification.
