Director, eRetail, Retail Media Networks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive RMN strategy across various platforms.

• Manage the complete relationship with the retail media and performance marketing agency.

• Direct strategy and execution for on-demand platforms.

• Optimize media investments to enhance ROAS, incrementality, and overall funnel performance.

• Set clear performance KPIs and testing frameworks.

• Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities.

• Oversee the complete digital shelf strategy.

• Collaborate with brand and creative teams to produce engaging content.

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Shopper, Supply Chain, Finance, and CX teams.

• Act as a key digital stakeholder in omni-channel planning.

• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing eRetail and RMN team.

• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in e-commerce/omnichannel sales, cross-channel digital marketing, or related fields.

• Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Google Analytics and Shopify.

• High competency in Excel.

• Willingness to engage with digitally native channels to drive profitability.

• Must possess an understanding of marketing and advertising capabilities across digital selling channels.

• General knowledge of effective forecasting for these channels to maximize sales and reduce out-of-stock issues.

• Passion for understanding customer experiences.

• Ability to think quickly and apply a growth mindset in a dynamic environment.

• Skill in building strong relationships and collaborating effectively across functions and with third-party vendors.

• Proactive attitude, strong sense of urgency, and drive to succeed.

• Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills, along with strong interpersonal, written/oral communication, and presentation capabilities.

• Experience collaborating successfully with remote teams.
