Senior Director of Construction – General Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Managing all stages of residential renovations and new constructions across a geographically varied portfolio.

• Acting as a reliable partner to executive leadership by providing strategic guidance.

• Staying actively involved in field operations and daily execution.

• Directing project planning, contractor oversight, and cross-departmental collaboration.

• Ensuring all activities are in line with the organization’s vision, operational objectives, and long-term asset strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of progressive experience in construction, real estate development, or related sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, real estate, architecture, or a comparable field.

• Extensive practical field experience with a comprehensive understanding of construction methods and practices.

• Proven track record in managing high-end residential projects, including renovations and new constructions.

• Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience in managing property portfolios with an awareness of long-term operational consequences.

• Strong financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.

• Proficiency in tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Matterport, or similar platforms.
