📋 Description

• Oversee the PV Medical Writing function

• Lead and enhance the PV Medical Writing team

• Promote quality, compliance, inspection readiness, and initiatives for continuous improvement

• Deliver strategic expertise in PV medical writing

• Assist in business development efforts

• Manage departmental resources, budgets, and operational performance

• Evaluate regulatory safety responses
