Senior Director, Medical & Scientific Affairs – Specialty Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Establishing the vision and strategic direction for the Specialty Testing division.

• Overseeing daily operations support related to product development and clinical research.

• Collaborating as a thought leader and representative of Beckman Coulter with senior external clients.

• Enhancing the scientific and clinical positioning of products both before and after launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate-level qualification (M.D., Ph.D., Pharm.D., DNP).

• At least 20 years of experience in medical and clinical affairs.

• Board-certified in hematology.

• Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
