• Integrate strategy, planning, execution, and evaluation of outcomes for educational grant funding.
• Lead the Grant Strategy team in making compliant, impactful funding decisions.
• Oversee grant implementation while collaborating with Medical Affairs and Legal/Compliance.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of all funded initiatives.
• Convert outcomes into strategic insights in partnership with the Analytics team.
• Actively engage in the Medical Education Leadership team.
• Manage and provide mentorship to direct reports.
• Stay informed about trends in professional education and innovative learning formats.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of scientific and medical advancements in assigned therapeutic areas.
• Assign and lead special projects or initiatives as directed by management.
• Guarantee compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 15 years of experience in professional medical education and organizational leadership.
• A demonstrated history of building and leading high-performing teams in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and manage strategies aligned with enterprise goals that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Expertise in adult and clinical learning principles, as well as outcomes methodologies.
• Knowledge of medical and regulatory affairs, drug development, and FDA regulations (including PhRMA guidelines, OIG, AMA, ACCME, Sunshine Act, etc.).
