• Take charge of the comprehensive media analytics strategy and roadmap for Instacart Ads.
• Lead, develop, and expand a team of approximately 30 individuals in areas such as client analytics, measurement science, experimentation, and commercialization.
• Create and standardize frameworks for causal inference, as well as geo and audience experiments.
• Work closely with Brand Partnerships and Sales to craft engaging, client-ready narratives.
• Implement data governance, ensuring quality and privacy-compliant measurement practices.
• Define and oversee OKRs, operational rhythms, resource allocation, and prioritization.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in media analytics, marketing science, or ad measurement, specifically in digital advertising or retail media.
• At least 7 years of experience leading analytics teams of 15 or more, including those managing other managers.
• Proficiency in incrementality testing, causal inference, experimental design, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and attribution.
• Advanced skills in SQL along with proficiency in Python or R.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering).
