This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take charge of the comprehensive media analytics strategy and roadmap for Instacart Ads.
β’ Lead, develop, and expand a team of approximately 30 individuals across client analytics, measurement science, experimentation, and commercialization.
β’ Create and standardize frameworks for causal inference, geographic and audience experiments.
β’ Partner with Brand Partnerships and Sales to craft compelling, client-ready narratives.
β’ Implement data governance, quality assurance, and privacy-conscious measurement practices.
β’ Define and oversee OKRs, operational rhythms, resource allocation, and prioritization.
β’ Over 12 years of experience in media analytics, marketing science, or ad measurement within the realms of digital advertising or retail media.
β’ More than 7 years of experience leading analytics teams of 15 or more (including managers of managers).
β’ Proficient in incrementality testing and causal inference, experimental design, MMM, and attribution.
β’ Advanced skills in SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a quantitative discipline (such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering).
β’ Highly competitive market compensation.
