This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the USCAN growth strategy for the Oncology portfolio.
• Create annual marketing strategies and collaborate with marketing colleagues and product managers to execute marketing plans.
• Deliver the Integrated Marketing Plan, encompassing campaigns, events, and demand generation efforts.
• Generate leads through customer-centric content and channel plans utilizing SEM, email, social media, inside sales, and events.
• Gain an understanding of customers’ staff, patient, and clinical requirements to identify outcomes that GE HealthCare can provide, and craft corresponding marketing campaigns.
• Revise and tailor marketing materials for the USCAN oncology customer demographic.
• Produce content that is relevant to decision makers, including exclusive material for the USCAN region.
• Collaboratively design and implement impactful global and regional trade show experiences.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on strategic initiatives and targeted initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; optimize with a lean, outcomes-oriented approach.
• Educate commercial teams on Oncology value propositions, competitive insights, and messaging.
• Work alongside USCAN commercial/product teams, USCAN/Global Product Marketing, and cross-functional partners to enhance commercial activation, promote innovation adoption, and elevate market presence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and executing positioning and digital marketing plans that yield measurable customer and business advantages.
• Experience in crafting strong customer-centric value propositions and content.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management within healthcare or technology solutions (preferred).
• Preference for candidates residing near GEHC headquarters (Milwaukee or Chicago).
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in problem analysis and resolution.
• Proven ability to lead programs and projects effectively.
• Capability to document, plan, market, and execute programs efficiently.
• Established project management expertise.
• History of success in complex, fast-paced, and highly dynamic environments.
• Significant exposure to broader imaging technology and/or nuclear medicine medtech sectors.
• Strong knowledge in market insights, customer understanding, portfolio commercialization, and brand development.
• Demonstrated innovation in healthcare portfolio marketing.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening, where applicable.
