This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Position CT and X-ray solutions to effectively engage with customers and showcase GE HealthCare’s impact.
• Formulate and implement the USCAN growth strategy for the radiology portfolio.
• Create an annual marketing strategy and carry out marketing plans in collaboration with marketing colleagues and product managers.
• Execute the Integrated Marketing Plan, which encompasses campaigns, events, and demand generation.
• Generate leads through customer-centered content and channel strategies utilizing SEM, email, social media, inside sales, and events.
• Comprehend the needs of customers’ staff, patients, and clinical requirements to design relevant marketing campaigns.
• Revise and personalize marketing materials for the USCAN radiology customer demographic.
• Produce content targeted at decision-makers, including region-specific material for USCAN.
• Collaboratively plan, create, and implement global and regional trade show experiences.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on strategic initiatives and targeted campaigns.
• Set and monitor KPIs while optimizing with a lean, outcome-focused approach.
• Educate commercial teams on portfolio value propositions, competitive insights, and messaging.
• Partner with USCAN commercial/product teams, USCAN/Global Product Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in leading and implementing positioning and digital marketing strategies that yield measurable customer and business results.
• Skilled in developing strong customer-centric value propositions and content.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities.
• Over 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management within the healthcare or technology sectors preferred.
• Preferred residence near GEHC headquarters in Milwaukee or Chicago.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Proven ability to lead programs and projects efficiently.
• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established skills in project management.
• Record of success in complex, fast-paced, and dynamic environments.
• Relevant exposure to broader imaging technology and/or nuclear medicine medtech segments.
• Robust expertise in market insights, customer understanding, portfolio commercialization, and brand development.
• Demonstrated innovation in healthcare portfolio marketing.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
