Senior Director, LytxOne Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the product strategy and execution for hardware and device application software that supports the Lytx Video Telematics product suite.

• Develop the product roadmap, share the business vision internally, and articulate the strategic direction.

• Oversee a team of product managers to deliver products and strategies for new offerings and features.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and feedback.

• Identify and validate market opportunities, assess the competitive landscape, and make decisions based on data analysis.

• Comprehend how customers and users utilize platforms to enhance their business processes.

• Direct strategic, technical, marketing, and lifecycle management efforts for enterprise SaaS and hardware solutions.

• Make decisions regarding buy/build/partner strategies.

• Engage with customers, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams to uncover market opportunities and synchronize product portfolio investments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• An MBA is advantageous.

• Over 15 years of Product Management experience in a business-to-business context, particularly with commercial hardware/firmware products.

• Proven leadership skills to effectively guide a productive team of product managers delivering enterprise products and strategies.

• Strong customer focus with a track record of developing products that align with customer needs and objectives.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and methodologies.

• Ability to utilize data-driven decision-making to influence team collaboration.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in product management for cellular-enabled IoT and telematics devices, including hardware and firmware, is a plus.
