This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Develop and oversee a portfolio consisting of 125+ international major-gift supporters and prospective donors, securing five-, six-, and seven-figure contributions from individuals, families, organizations, and foundations.
β’ Achieve an annual fundraising target exceeding $5M through major gifts, stock donations, donor-advised funds, qualified charitable distributions, foundations, and various philanthropic vehicles.
β’ Create donor-focused moves-management strategies that guide supporters from initial contact to long-term partnership, while enhancing annual contributions through deliberate stewardship.
β’ Coordinate strategic solicitations involving executive leadership, board members, Global Ambassadors, subject-matter experts, and ministry partners.
β’ Manage all aspects of portfolio stewardship, follow-up, cultivation, solicitation, and donor engagement.
β’ Actively identify and nurture potential supporters through networking, referrals, ministry connections, donor introductions, events, and strategic alliances.
β’ Collaborate with Global Distribution teams, Equipping Centers, Global Ambassadors, and ministry partners to identify and qualify prospects, transforming opportunities into enduring partnerships.
β’ Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified international prospects and work with Marketing and Development leadership to create customized, internationally-focused donor materials.
β’ Assist in shaping and supporting regional fundraising strategies in assigned territories, aligning with Global Distribution priorities, Equipping Center opportunities, and international ministry collaborations.
β’ Within the first year, provide recommendations on territory prioritization, international fundraising approaches, staffing requirements, and future organizational structure.
β’ Strengthen relationships with key international philanthropic organizations.
β’ 7β10+ years of direct experience in major-gift fundraising, with a proven track record of securing five-, six-, and seven-figure contributions.
β’ Demonstrated success in international major-gift fundraising initiatives.
β’ Background in nonprofit, faith-based, or mission-driven organizational development.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Highly relational, capable of engaging supporters from diverse cultural and geographical backgrounds.
β’ Proven expertise in developing and implementing donor-centric moves-management strategies.
β’ Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building competencies.
β’ Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
