This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel sales of AAM products within a specified geographic area by developing and enhancing business relationships.
• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of diverse RIA, FO, and MFSA business models to formulate tailored sales strategies for each framework.
• Achieve targeted sales outcomes and activity levels as established by senior management.
• Work collaboratively with sales and client service teams, portfolio managers, research analysts, product specialists, and marketing professionals.
• Position and differentiate AAM products from those of competitor firms/products.
• Maintain a detailed record of activities and opportunities within the Salesforce system.
• Stay informed about ongoing developments in the economy and the financial services sector.
• Manage data privacy risks and ensure adherence to company policies regarding the handling of personal and/or sensitive information.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field of business.
• A decade of relevant sales experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (the employee must acquire necessary licenses within 120 days of assuming this role; at the company's discretion, continued employment in this role may not be permitted if required licenses are not secured within 180 days).
• Extensive knowledge of intermediary investment products.
• Demonstrated success utilizing a consultative sales approach.
• A wide network of client contacts.
• Highly developed skills in relationship management.
• Advanced abilities in presentation and communication.
• Keen attention to detail for documenting activities.
• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, collaborative, and competitive setting.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
