Senior Director, Inside Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategies for direct sales channels to consistently surpass revenue objectives and long-term growth KPIs.

• Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer on sales forecasts, company-wide initiatives, and real-time performance evaluations.

• Serve as the primary architect for departmental transformations, ensuring the smooth adoption of new processes while securing high team engagement.

• Utilize analytics to evaluate individual and departmental performance, enhance sales processes, and create competitive compensation structures.

• Work alongside Sales Operations, Underwriting, and Marketing to initiate new campaigns and enhance the customer journey.

• Partner with the Technology team to develop and improve tools that increase representative efficiency and automation.

• Cultivate a world-class sales environment through thorough performance management, mentorship, and ongoing training.

• Dedicate efforts to nurturing the next generation of sales leaders at both frontline and mid-management levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Leadership: Over 8 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing other managers.

• High-Volume Expertise: More than 4 years of experience in managing short-cycle, high-volume inside sales teams.

• Departmental Ownership: At least 3 years of experience managing a complete department or business unit with P&L responsibility or significant quota accountability.

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is required; an MBA is preferred.

• Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in quickly analyzing complex data sets and converting them into actionable sales strategies.

• Industry Background: Experience in financial services or fintech is a major advantage.

• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to influence at the executive level.
