Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete sales cycle for new clientele.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs while achieving set sales objectives.

• Act as an advocate for the client regarding products and services.

• Generate interest and promote awareness of the client's value proposition.

• Evaluate mutual compatibility with customers.

• Actively seek mentorship and advice from colleagues and supervisors.

• Communicate business and technical propositions through calls and emails.

• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the client's offerings.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in tech sales.

• Experience in SaaS or finance is preferred.

• Strong aptitude for sales and a solutions-oriented mindset.

• A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and experience.

• High confidence and the ability to quickly establish trust during initial calls.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn, understand, and explain technology.

• Outstanding listening skills and the ability to synthesize information effectively.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and other sales technologies is preferred.
