Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative for eMoney, a forward-thinking organization dedicated to facilitating conversations about finances.

• Oversee the complete sales process for new clients.

• Collaborate with customers at every stage of the sales funnel.

• Transform qualified sales prospects into successfully closed business within the account portfolio.

• Comply with daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Meet predefined sales targets and objectives.

• Function as an advocate for the client's products and services.

• Generate interest and awareness of the client's unique value proposition.

• Evaluate the suitability of partnerships with customers.

• Actively seek coaching and support from colleagues and supervisors.

• Clearly communicate business and technical proposals via phone and email.

• Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of the client’s offerings.

• Execute additional tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in tech sales; background in SaaS or finance is preferred.

• Strong sales aptitude with a focus on solutions, driven by a passion for customer satisfaction and experience.

• High confidence level and ability to establish trust quickly during initial conversations.

• Excellent soft skills to create immediate impact.

• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in technology, capable of learning, understanding, and explaining tech concepts.

• Outstanding listening abilities paired with the skill to synthesize information effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and time management, with the capacity to multitask and perform under pressure.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with SalesForce, Outreach, Gong, and other sales technology tools is preferred.
