This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Lead a diverse team of industry solution marketers by setting team priorities and mentoring individual development to ensure the organization achieves corporate objectives and long-term business results.
• Collaborate with colleagues in marketing and sales to develop messaging and content frameworks/templates that deliver value-driven messaging and technical information to sellers, buyers, partners, industry experts, and stakeholders.
• Design and implement multi-channel initiatives—including managing industry solution launches—that enhance pipeline, digital presence, and thought leadership.
• Act as the subject matter expert in marketing regarding industries, supporting sales and marketing initiatives while providing insights on leveraging market and competitive shifts.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate new capabilities across a variety of solutions and establish a cohesive approach to outcome-oriented messaging and content for sales, awareness, and demand generation.
• Assess opportunities to capture market share and displace competitors, collaborating with competitive intelligence, sales, and partners.
• Represent the solution area as a spokesperson, both internally and externally, facilitating interactions with analysts, media, industry experts, partners, and customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in marketing; MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in marketing to manufacturers and retailers.
• Experience in marketing to Grocery, Chemical, Industrial Manufacturing, and Hi-Tech sectors is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with SaaS software.
• Demonstrated expertise in fostering strong relationships with product management, engineering, delivery, and sales to drive industry-level go-to-market strategies and outside-in value messaging.
• A self-starter with proven planning and project management abilities, capable of overseeing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication/presentation skills, with a strong capacity to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• A profound understanding of supply chains and the essential technologies required to implement them, ensuring that C-suite stakeholders (finance, IT, security, supply chain, etc.) grasp our value proposition.
• Strong technical expertise in cloud-based software products.
• Experience in defining and evaluating how marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
• An effective internal communicator and collaborator.
