This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design, implement, and enhance multi-channel demand generation campaigns aimed at identifying, engaging, and securing high-value clients across various industries.
• Develop, expand, and maintain our enterprise-level outbound messaging channels, leveraging advanced identity enrichment and contact intelligence platforms to ensure flawless primary inbox deliverability to technical executives and decision-makers.
• Diligently monitor pipeline data to continuously refine campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity. You will receive support from our existing marketer to execute web assets and paid acquisition efforts under your data-driven guidance.
• Collaborate with our technical delivery teams and project managers to transform our significant success stories into high-quality technical case studies, white papers, and data-driven pitches.
• Take full responsibility for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Pipeline Velocity, and Total Closed-Won Pipeline Value.
• You don't make assumptions; you conduct tests. You manage campaigns based on statistical relevance, deliverability metrics, and conversion data, converting raw analytics into sustainable revenue growth.
• You possess over 4 years of B2B marketing experience specifically in custom software development agencies or high-end IT consulting firms.
• You can demonstrate that you have created campaigns that directly contributed to securing high-value, six- or seven-figure enterprise service contracts.
• You are adept at crafting compelling, sophisticated copy that stands out in crowded inboxes.
• You don’t require a large team to delegate tasks. You are a self-motivated individual who can outline the macro-strategy on Monday, draft hyper-personalized email templates on Tuesday, and review funnel metrics on Friday.
