This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution and enhancement of email, push, and in-product messaging initiatives.
• Develop and implement channel best practices aimed at boosting engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
• Consistently test and refine targeting, timing, templates, and creative assets to enhance performance across all owned channels.
• Create and sustain detailed analytics frameworks to assess channel effectiveness and inform optimizations.
• Promote and champion channel best practices (e.g., send frequency, audience segmentation, personalization).
• Explore new communication channels (e.g., SMS) for potential growth opportunities.
• Initiate, test, and expand new channels with a focus on alignment, compliance, and return on investment.
• Stay informed about developments that may affect deliverability and channel performance, including changes in platforms, operating systems, privacy regulations, and AI-driven filtering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to swiftly communicate and implement necessary strategic pivots.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to enhance and maintain a scalable, reliable, and AI-enabled MarTech infrastructure.
• Define requirements for automation, personalization, data flow, and reporting across all growth channels.
• Lead the quick identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of platform-related issues.
• Integrate scientific methodology into growth initiatives: design experiments, assess outcomes, and utilize insights to shape broader channel and growth strategies.
• Cultivate a data-driven, experiment-focused culture within the consumer growth team.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Marketing Enablement to align on priorities and drive impact.
• Communicate risks, opportunities, and results to stakeholders proactively, providing clarity and actionable insights.
• Mentor team members in developing exceptional growth operations skills and promote a high-performance culture centered on continuous learning and operational excellence.
• Act as a mentor and subject matter expert in Growth and MarTech operations.
• 8+ years of practical experience in managing and optimizing various owned and emerging marketing channels (email, push, in-product, SMS).
• Proven track record in developing channel strategies based on analytics, collaborating effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
• Demonstrated capability in managing and improving MarTech infrastructure to support advanced growth initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting; capable of transforming complex data into actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Expertise in utilizing AI, experimental frameworks, and advanced analytics to boost channel performance and drive innovation.
• Acknowledged for anticipating channel disruptions (such as changes in deliverability, privacy laws, and platform updates) and swiftly adjusting strategies to sustain growth effectiveness.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adept with technical concepts, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
• Exceptional leadership and teamwork abilities; skilled at collaborating with cross-functional partners to achieve alignment and results.
• Proactive communicator capable of delivering clear updates on channel performance, risks, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Strong curiosity about evolving customer needs, market trends, and new growth technologies and channels.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
