This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as a strategic collaborator with the Chief Revenue Officer and the executive leadership team, taking ownership of programs, systems, and content that generate inbound pipeline and enhance market visibility.
• Transform a streamlined marketing function into a quantifiable demand generation engine.
• Create digital marketing initiatives that align with Sales through reverse pipeline mathematics.
• Manage field marketing strategy and oversee partner co-marketing initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency and formulate a strategy for engaging analysts and industry influencers.
• Utilize AI technology for content and messaging refinements based on market trends.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Revenue Operations on various aspects of marketing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a director or senior director position with accountability for pipeline results.
• Proven success as a revenue marketing leader, having developed inbound pipeline programs from the ground up and able to cite the programs created and the pipeline they generated.
• Strong understanding of product marketing essentials, including messaging architecture, competitive positioning, buyer persona development, and sales enablement.
• Pipeline-accountable mindset: comfortable with owning MQL and SQL targets, presenting marketing attribution data, and being assessed based on revenue contribution.
• Demonstrated experience working in a lean team setting as the senior marketing leader, managing contractors and gradually building full-time teams.
• Proven track record in people management, with the ability to evaluate performance quickly and take decisive action when standards are not met.
• Expert proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing analytics tools; familiarity with ZoomInfo or equivalent intent data platforms is a plus.
• Experience in marketing to government, utility, quasi-government, or infrastructure clients with lengthy, multi-stakeholder procurement processes (Preferred).
• Experience managing large-format annual client conferences and high-investment industry events (Preferred).
• Background in high-growth, private equity-backed, scale-up SaaS environments (Preferred).
• Knowledge of channel partner marketing frameworks and partner-influenced pipeline reporting (Preferred).
• Experience in building or scaling a product marketing function, or closely collaborating with a Product Marketing Management team (Preferred).
